Vidya Snehi Loan Disbursement Programme

Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra, along with Vimukti SHG, offered an interest free educational loan, Vidya Snehi to the needy youth to continue their education. This programme was held at Vimukti hall on July 8, 2023. Rev. Fr. Vinod Mascarenhas, Director of CKSK, Rev. Fr. Rohan Lobo, Asst. Director, Mrs. Chaithra, the president of Vimukti SHG Trust, Mrs. Vasanti, the Secretary of the Trust, were present. 34 students benefitted from this educational loan. The cheques for Rs. 880000 were distributed to all the applicants. Addressing the audience, Fr. Vinod said, "Being truthful and punctual in small things will raise you up to greater heights".

Mrs. Chaithra said that Vidya Snehi has become a hope for needy youth who strive for education. Ms. Jyothi Fernandes compared, and Ms. Rohini gave the vote of thanks.
